It’s about the fun. It’s about the learning. It’s about the triumph over frustration, the constant of problem solving, and the delight in the occasional miracle. My work feeds an offbeat sense of humor and preference for pretty things, all crafted with heat, hammers, and a sense of “what if?”
The name, Sorrisetti, is Italian for “whimsical smiles”. It uniquely captures what is special about something that makes you smile with amusement and delight. What is fun to make should be fun to wear or display!
